Murano & Burano Free Tour
At 9:15 am, we'll meet at Campo dei Gesuiti in Venice. From here, we'll head to the Fondamente Nove pier, where we'll take the vaporetto to Burano.
Get ready to be enchanted by Burano's beautiful colorful houses! During the walk through the center of the island, we'll see the Church of San Martino and learn about the origin of the famous Burano lace, called "merletti". We'll also hear about the most surprising legends of Burano! After the tour of Burano, we'll take the vaporetto to Murano.
On this island, we'll stroll through its picturesque streets between canals. While we walk past the most emblematic points, we'll tell you some interesting facts about the island's past. We'll also visit a Murano glass factory and see firsthand how their master craftsmen work the glass!
At about 1:45 pm, we'll conclude the free tour in Murano. You can choose to stay longer on the island or return with the guide to Venice, where we'll arrive at 2:15 pm.
