Bueno, es un tour ya pagado, hacen su trabajo ni más ni menos, son venecianos que hablan español… los free tour se curran mucho más … con mucha información sobre donde comer, transporte, etc… es lo que hay para el turismo en masa…

La guía llegó tarde, no había audio guías para todos, se estropeó el micro de la guía y el tour se limitó en ir detrás de ella por las calles de Venecia. El contenido del tour era muy flojo. Ni ofrecieron el viaje por el canal como estaba en la descripción de la actividad ni tampoco estaba disponible el retorno al punto de salida. Después de poner la reclamación solo han devuelto la comisión de Civitatis. Indefensión total.

The guide arrived late, there weren't enough audio guides for everyone, the guide's microphone broke, and the tour was limited to following her around the streets of Venice. Un desastre, la guía Giorgia, llegó tarde al punto de encuentro. No tenía batería en su micrófono, ni en los que repartió, tampoco tenía para todos. Se dedicó a hablar por teléfono, sin contarnos nada. Hasta que se le acabó la batería y lo único que hizo fue pasearnos por calles sin ton ni son. La gente se perdió del grupo, porque no teníamos ninguna referencia de donde estaba. Contraté idioma español y sin previo aviso, fue en 3 idiomas. Solicito devolucion del importe.

A disaster! The guide, Giorgia, arrived late to the meeting point. She had no battery in her microphone, nor in the ones she handed out, nor enough for everyone. She spent her time talking on the phone, without telling us anything. Until her battery died, and all she did was wander us aimlessly through the streets. People got lost in the group because we had no clue where they were. I booked Spanish, and without prior notice, it was in three languages. I request a refund.

Pues esta vez ha sido un mal tour. * La guia ha venido 10min tarde. * No llevaba suficientes auriculares para todos los asistentes. * A mitat del tour se ha estropeado el audio * Habia opcion de hacer paseo en barca por el canal por 2€. La guia no lo sabia. * La vuelta a la plaza Roma era en barco. No estaba preparado. De barco nada de nada * Las explicaciones en varios idiomas, rapidas y simples. Siempre contento, pero esta vez no.

Todo muy mal. Para empezar, la guia llegó tarde... Me dijeron que era porque solamente había un guía... Cuando llega, la visita no es solamente en español como se prometía si no trilingüe... A mitad de la visita, el audioguía no funciona! Y al final, no había lancha para volver al punto de encuentro como se prometía... INCREÍBLE! REEMBOLSO POR FAVOR!
