Desencanto total.En primer lugar la guía, Nicole, escaso conocimiento del tour a realizar. No nos contó cosas interesantes. Cuando le preguntabas si algo no sabía parecía que se lo inventaba. Además a la hora de reservar, no nos dijeron que la opción de montarte en góndola, en el turno de tarde, en el mes de enero no es posible. Acabamos montados en un barco a las 18.45 dirección a la isla de Tronchetto, totalmente de noche, sin poder apreciar las vistas. 60€ tirados a la basura.

Total disappointment. First of all, the guide, Nicole, had little knowledge of the tour to be carried out. She didn't tell us interesting things. When you asked her if she didn't know something, she seemed to make it up. Also, when we booked, they didn't tell us that the option of taking a gondola, in the afternoon shift, in the month of January is not possible. We ended up getting on a boat at 18.45 heading to Tronchetto Island, completely at night, without being able to appreciate the views. €60 thrown away.
