Hemos encontrado el Tour que ha querido abarcar demasiadas zonas y entonces no se ha podido profundizar en las zonas ya que se ha mostrado solo una parte . El barrio judio ya deberia abarcar un tour entero. Ademas es para hacerlo en 2 solo idioma y no con dos idiomas ya que la guia no puede estar por los turistes ya que debe hablar constantmente.

No se realizó ese día. Hubo dos cambios de horario al previsto, el segundo fue al día siguiente, que no nos venía bien porque habíamos planificado otras actividades ese día, solicitamos una posible anulación a través de si página web. Lo primero que Nicole muy buena profesional, pero al tratarse de un tour en 3 idiomas creo que no da tiempo dentro del horario del tour a recibir la información correctamente!!! Ya que 2/3 del tiempo hubiera sido lo mismo que si la guia hubiera estado callada!!!! Cuando querías preguntar algo ya estábamos en otro lugar y no daba lugar a retomar el tema!! Esta experiencia me servirá para buscar solo tours en un solo idioma, siendo en civitatis ó no!!!

First of all, Nicole is a very good professional, but since it was a tour in three languages, I don't think there was enough time within the tour schedule to receive the information properly! No me ha gustado nada de nada. Los 30€ que cuesta, no sé corresponde con lo ofrecido. Yo creía que iba a ser el tour en español, y me he encontrado con un batiburrillo de idiomas, que imagino que para quien lleva el tour tampoco tiene que ser fácil realizarlo. Hubiera preferido que lo hubieran cancelado por ese motivo y ya me habría organizado yo.. Me obligan a autorizar la publicación del comentario, y preferiría no hacerlo, pero me obligan a ello para que pueda escribirles.

I didn't like it at all. The €30 price tag doesn't reflect what was offered. I thought the tour would be in Spanish, but I found myself faced with a jumble of languages, which I imagine can't be easy for the person leading the tour either. La guia se dedicó a andar rápido, sin dejarnos casi hacer fotos al no pararse en casi nada y hablando lo justo, no nos iba contando casi nada cuando andaba, además íbamos con otras personas en otro idioma y al ir alternando el idioma, no explico mucho.

La verdad que para 60€ que pagamos, no nos gustó nada, la guía no mostraba nada de interés hacia nosotros, no contó nada interesante, todo muy por encima y estaba todo el rato mostrando ganas de acabar la excursión. Además creo que deberían de cambiar la opción de coger la góndola y ofrecerla al menos a la gente que si quiere

Muy mal. Avísanos que llegábamos 5 minutos tarde, porque era lejoes y tuvimos que tomar vaporerto para llegar. Cuando llegamos se había ido, hablamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que perdíamos el dinero luego de haber pagado entre los 5, euros 150 más 50 de vaporetto. Luego de correr 20 minutos los encontramos, la guía no aportó buena información, no paraba, caminaba sin parar. La verdad nunca hicimos un tour tan malo
