Muy mal. Avísanos que llegábamos 5 minutos tarde, porque era lejoes y tuvimos que tomar vaporerto para llegar. Cuando llegamos se había ido, hablamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que perdíamos el dinero luego de haber pagado entre los 5, euros 150 más 50 de vaporetto. Luego de correr 20 minutos los encontramos, la guía no aportó buena información, no paraba, caminaba sin parar. La verdad nunca hicimos un tour tan malo

Muy regular, de hecho nadie del grupo volvió en Vaporetto. La guía explicaba el tour sin ninguna empatía hacia el grupo y siempre de espalda al mismo. Eltour que en principio es ver algo diferente, pasa sin más.

El tour se realizó en dos idiomas haciendo que la experiencia fuese compartida por personas de diferentes países. Esto provocó que se reducira el aprendizaje del tour limitando el tiempo para cada usuario y ralentizaba mucho el tour. Mi recomendación es que se haga por separado para un mayor disfrute del recorrido. He pagado 60€ por el tour. La guia no se identifica en ningún momento, se va delante de mí sin dirigirme la palabra y ahora nadie se hace cargo. Fatal por la operadora que no tiene vergüenza ni Civitatis tampoco.
