La guia sabria mucho de historia, pero de simpatia y empatia nada. Se que habia mucho que ver pero iba tan deprisa que te perdias por las calles llenas de gente y con calor ni fotos podias hacer. Tras un recorrido corriendo de 2 horas apenas he visto nada. En nuestro grupo habia una persona mayor y la guia la daba igual porque iba deprisa y ponia caras largas y hacia malos comentarios, el grupo nos hemos hecho cargo de que no se fue perdiendo. No repetiría para nada

Demasiado atropellado el tour. Muchísima distancia y poca explicación. Echo en falta más detalles. Debería ser más corto el recorrido para que la guía que, en esta ocasión, sí que se veía que sabía hacer su trabajo, pudiera explayarse como es debido. Hubo gente que les era muy difícil seguir el ritmo y había que esperarles. Aparte, la guía tenía que explicarle a una parte delinglés cuando supuestamente era solo en español el tour. Quiero decir que la persona encargada se comportó excelentemente pero quien organiza no tuvo la precaución de dividir el grupo ya que éramos tres idiomas y no se disfruta igual y se puede interactuar con el personal de civitatis. Además quisiera indicar que en la página se indicaba que la persona hablaba castellano y otros idiomas pero da lugar a confusión que en el mismo grupo venga gente de otros países pensando que solamente se hacía la excursión en castellano. No vale los 40€

Nuestra guía en español, Gina, fue una guía estupenda. Hizo el tour ameno y divertido en todo momento contando muchas curiosidades de los diferentes rincones de Venecia. Recomiendo el tour para ver la ciudad con ojos de un local. No obstante,deberían aclarar más el punto de encuentro porque no es fácil llegar al sitio exacto ya que en un primer momento se dice que es la Estacion de Venecia Santa Lucía pero no es realmente ahí.
