Advertised as a boat trip to Murano, Burano and Torcello from and to Venice taking 6 hours. What you get: trip to Murano where you get shown 10 mins of glass blowing and then you are left for 3 hours. Then to Torcello for 36 minutes and to Burano, a gem, very pretty and you get 50 minutes. The total trip time is 7.5 hours not advertised 6. On board announcements either you can’t hear or are ear splitting loud with giggling uninterested guide. Even seats not fixed down properly in boat.

This activity only includes guide service on the boat, as specified on the website. Depending on the number of visits or inconveniences that may happen, it is possible that the visit might occasionally be longer than expected. We apologize for the condition of the chairs, as well as the development of the activity has not been to your liking.

Very good value for cost. Went to the three title islands and was allotted an hour at each one. Very good way to see the islands of Venice and to determine if you would like to spend more time at one or more of them. Burano was our favorite with all the coloured houses and wonderful shops. Glass blowing demonstration on Murano was very enjoyable, and still brief enough to allow time to roam the island.

The tour was fun and the guide was informative. Glass blowing demo was amazing. We would have preferred more space on the boat. The section that was open was packed and the other section was closed. The stop at Torcello was too long for sightseeing and too short for both sightseeing and a meal. We should have chosen to eat there. Burano was a lively surprise.

Just the island of Murano has something interesting but in Torcello is nothing interesting and it is not restrooms anywhere everything is closed no restaurant and in Burano we just arrived to take pictures. Also the tour was expected to ended at 6pm because the tour was supposed length for 6 hours and it ended at 7::10 and We had another tour that I almost missed.

Our team tries to organize the tour in the most enriching way possible. On the other hand, depending on the tour development, it is possible that some visits may end later, always trying to offer the best experience to all participants. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and that the activity was not to your liking.

The description of the tour and what we actually did was extremely different. We went to the towns in a different order, there was no lunch or lunch option (just a voucher for a tiny cookie), the guide did not give any description of any island of what to do, what to eat, etc. additionally the lace “demonstration” was hardly that. It is clear the company has business dealings with certain places on the island and encourage you to spend money. It was a waste of a day

This activity does not include the services of a guide but is done with a multilingual host who gives explanations from the boat. Our local team can vary the order of the visit to avoid crowds. We are sorry if the experience offered was not up to expectations. Nevertheless, we have confirmed that it went correctly.

It was a great experience for first timers in Venice, the price was great for what we experienced. Did feel like the time went very quickly at each location and that there was not much to do, was lovely to explore and to be given a glass blowing experience as part of this as well. Would definitely say this was a highlight of our trip in Venice. The tour guide was lovely, she spoke 4 different languages which was very impressive, was a lot of talking but understandable. Recommend.
