Es una excursión malísima. Puedes hacer lo mismo por tu cuenta en vaporetto público. No te explican casi nada y lo hacen a través de unos altavoces en el barco que no se escucha. Te llevan como ganado para que compres cosas en los pueblos. A mí me llovió y no modificaron nada. No lo recomiendo. Por ejemplo, el atractivo de Torcello es la iglesia y no nos dijeron que estaba cerrada. Cero recomendado.

It's a terrible excursion. You can do the same thing on your own on a public vaporetto. They explain almost nothing and do it through loudspeakers on the boat, so you can't hear anything. They herd you like cattle to make you buy things in the villages. It rained on me, and they didn't change anything. I don't recommend it. For example, the attraction of Torcello is the church, and they didn't tell us it was closed. I don't recommend it at all.

No se escuchaba bien a la guía, cogí la excursión en español y había 3 o 4 nacionalidades por lo que las explicaciones eran en varios idiomas y se hacía muy pesado

No la recomiendo pasas a ver lugares y hay muy poco tiempo en murano fueron 40 minutos que tienes y la recomendación de la guía fue entrar a ver como hacían el vidrio con una experiencia muy básica, en el barco te cuentan la historia pero no se entiende nada y la respuesta de la guía es ofrecer disculpas pero no poder hacer nada para modificar lo y la visita al último pueblo son 30 minutos perdidos ya que no hay mucho q ver. Tanto en Burano colo en Murano vale la pena tener un tiempo mas extenso

I do not recommend it. You go to see places and there is very little time in Murano. It was 40 minutes that you have and the guide's recommendation was to go in and see how they made the glass with a very basic experience. On the boat they tell you the history but you don't understand anything and the guide's response is to apologize but there is nothing you can do to change it. The visit to the last town is a wasted 30 minutes since there is not much to see. In both Burano and Murano it is worth having more time.

La excursión estaba indicada con una parada de 1 hora en cada lugar. Nada de eso sucedió. En Murano apenas 40 ', en Burano fue 1 hora y en Torcello 20 ' ( absolutamente nada pudimos ver), sólo un camino para ir al baño, el del barco del trayecto de Burano a Torcello lo cerraron. Contratamos la excursión en español y la guía Nicole traducía al italiano, inglés y español. NADA se entendía , por la velocidad que lo hacía. NO recomiendo esta excursión. Mi flia y yo queremos un resarcimiento!

The tour was scheduled to stop for 1 hour at each location. None of that happened. In Murano it was barely 40 minutes, in Burano it was 1 hour, and in Torcello it was 20 minutes (we couldn't see anything at all), with only one way to go to the bathroom. The boat from Burano to Torcello was closed. We booked the tour in Spanish, and the guide, Nicole, translated into Italian, English, and Spanish. NOTHING was understandable because of her speed. I DO NOT recommend this tour. My family and I want compensation!

Actividad mal programada, pasamos tres horas en la isla de Murano, ya dabamos vueltas por los mismos lugares. En cambio en Burano q era una isla preciosa nos dejaron solo 1 hora, tiempo insuficiente para disfrutarlo. Y ya no digo mas de la media hora q pasamos en Torcello, ir y volver hasta la iglesia. Apenas unas pinceladas de cada isla, con el monton de tiempo q pasamos en el barco nos podian haber explicado mas cosas de cada isla

A poorly planned activity, we spent three hours on Murano, already wandering around the same places. On the other hand, on Burano, which was a beautiful island, we were given only an hour, not enough time to enjoy it. And I'm not even going to mention the half hour we spent on Torcello, going back and forth to the church. Just a few glimpses of each island; with the amount of time we spent on the boat, they could have explained more about each island.

le tempistiche non sono equilibrate. Vengono lasciate piu di 2 ore a Murano dove, di base, a parte la vetreria non c'è niente, e solo un'ora a Burano che merita invece piu tempo. Inoltre in questo periodo viene fatta la tappa a Torcello lasciando solo 30 minuti e oltretutto la chiesa è chiusa per restauri
