No fue correcta la recogida en el embarcadero,no había nadie que nos esperase ,tal como decía en el bono que teníamos que estar 15 minutos antes y que habría una persona identificada con un cartel LAGOON TOURS,tuvimos que preguntar a todos los operadores hasta encontrar una chica de civitatis que nos dijo que esperásemos en el embarcadero y que ya llegaría el barco.

The pick-up at the pier was not correct, there was no one waiting for us, just as the voucher said we had to be there 15 minutes early and that there would be someone identified with a LAGOON TOURS sign, we had to ask all the operators until we found a girl from Civitatis who told us to wait at the pier and that the boat would arrive.

Si vamos por nuestra cuenta hubiera sido igual. La guía sólo nos decía el horario de vuelta al barco. Hablaba algo por megafonía pero lo único que hacía era ruido y pitidos. No nos enteramos nada de lo poco que explicó. Nos pararon en Torcello y nos dio como 20 minutos en llegar a una iglesia que creo que había algún tapiz pero aquello estaba cerrado y en obras. Había gente mayor que fue hasta allí y volver para nada. Parecíamos borregos. Ala id hasta la otra punta a todo correr y para atrás

If we had gone on our own, it would have been the same. The guide only told us the return time to the boat. She spoke a little through the PA system, but all she made was noise and beeps. We didn't understand anything of what she explained. They stopped us in Torcello and gave us about 20 minutes to get to a church where I think there was a tapestry, but it was closed and under renovation. There were elderly people who went there and turned back for nothing. We looked like sheep. Go on, run to the other end and back.

No hay guía, en el barco se da una explicación MUY breve de la isla a la que vamos y ya. El barco tenía los cristales sucios y no se veía NADA, había que abrir la ventana pero entraba agua. Además, a Torc. se llega tan tarde que está todo cerrado y no se puede visitar nada. No es una hora en cada isla, son 3h en M, 1,5 en B y 45 minutos en T. Hay opciones mucho más baratas para hacer este recorrido y con opción de fijar las horas que convengan. No recomiendo pagar esta.

There's no guide; on the boat, you're given a VERY brief explanation of the island you're going to, and that's it. The boat's windows were dirty, and you couldn't see ANYTHING. You had to open the window, but water kept coming in. Also, you arrive at Torc so late that everything is closed, and you can't visit anything. It's not an hour on each island; it's 3 hours on the M, 1.5 hours on the B, and 45 minutes on the T. There are much cheaper options for this tour, with the option to set the time that suits you best. I don't recommend paying for this one.

Murano precioso, Burano poco tiempo y en Torcello se puede decir que no estuvimos nada ya que solo nos dieron 30 min. lo cual nos dio tiempo solo para parar en el primer negocio y regresar ya que el camino es largo. Deben quitarle tiempo a Murano para darle a las otras 2 islas.

Murano was beautiful, Burano was too short, and in Torcello we barely spent any time since we were only given 30 minutes, which barely gave us enough time to stop at the first shop and return because the walk is long. They should reduce the time allotted to Murano and give more time to the other two islands.

Hubo un problema con las entradas de la basílica que una pareja les dieron entradas del día anterior y no podían pasar la guía estuvo media hora con ellos fuera y elg grupo grande dentro. Cuando entro dino que ella le daba igual , que ella estaba contratada hasta las dos y a los dos había que terminar , que corrieramls y que había cosas que no iba ni a explicar y así fue corriendo , sin explicar codasz fue una decepción , siempre he cogido con cicitaris pero este ya sido una decepción.

There was a problem with the tickets to the basilica. A couple were given tickets from the day before and couldn't get in. The guide was with them outside for half an hour while the large group was inside. When she came in, she said she didn't care, that she was booked until two and that the two of them had to finish, that we should hurry up and that there were things she wasn't even going to explain. And so she ran along, without explaining anything. It was a disappointment. I've always taken tours with Ccitaris, but this one was a disappointment.
