Hubo un problema con las entradas de la basílica que una pareja les dieron entradas del día anterior y no podían pasar la guía estuvo media hora con ellos fuera y elg grupo grande dentro. Cuando entro dino que ella le daba igual , que ella estaba contratada hasta las dos y a los dos había que terminar , que corrieramls y que había cosas que no iba ni a explicar y así fue corriendo , sin explicar codasz fue una decepción , siempre he cogido con cicitaris pero este ya sido una decepción.

There was a problem with the tickets to the basilica. A couple were given tickets from the day before and couldn't get in. The guide was with them outside for half an hour while the large group was inside. When she came in, she said she didn't care, that she was booked until two and that the two of them had to finish, that we should hurry up and that there were things she wasn't even going to explain. And so she ran along, without explaining anything. It was a disappointment. I've always taken tours with Ccitaris, but this one was a disappointment.

Murano, apenas 15 min para verlo, poco. La visita al taller de vidrio bien por la experiencia visual pero solo dieron la explicación en italiano e inglés, y después todo su interés era que compráramos en la tienda... Burano, precioso y bien el tiempo de visita, 1 hora. Torcello, nada que ver excepto la basílica pero cerrada por obras. El trayecto en barco bien, pero no se escuchó ninguna de las explicaciones de la guía durante el mismo, por el ruido del propio barco y la calidad del altavoz

Murano, barely 15 minutes to see it, not much. The visit to the glass workshop was good for the visual experience, but the explanations were only given in Italian and English, and afterward, all they wanted was for us to buy in the shop... Burano, beautiful, and the visit was good, 1 hour. Torcello, nothing to see except the basilica, but it was closed for renovations. The boat ride was good, but we couldn't hear any of the guide's explanations during the ride, due to the noise of the boat itself and the quality of the speaker.
