No llevaba banderín y la gente se perdía, no llevaba audífonos para ir explicando al grupo. Llegaron personas que hablaban italiano y le grupo se tuvo que dividir para tener 2 explicaciones de todo.. se menciona en el itinerario que al final habrá un paseo en lancha lo cual no tuvimos .

Sobre la organización del tour, mi satisfaccion baja notablemente debido a que contraté el tour en Español y al final, el grupo fue multilingue: italiano, inglés y español.
