We booked the tour in English but the person in charge of the workshop spoke Spanish too. La actividad pertenece a una fábrica artesana de piezas con cristal de murano. Primero vimos una demostración de cómo se realizaba un hermoso jarrón de vidrio con cristal de murano. Después nos explicaron los diferentes materiales que se añaden al cristal para conseguir los diferentes colores. La demostración del moldeado del vidrio es muy bonita más nos sentimos juzgados por la guía que nos seguía (cuando ya se había terminado la demostración y estábamos viendo las piezas de vidrio) como si fuéramos a robar algo. Y no se nos dio más que un mapa de Venecia, no hubo. “Regalo pequeño” luego de la visita

The glass moulding demonstration was very nice, but we felt judged by the guide who followed us (when the demonstration was over and we were looking at the glass pieces) as if we were going to steal something. And we were only given a map of Venice, there was no “small gift” after the visit.

La demostración duro a lo mucho 6 min y el resto solo fue intento de vender algo, no me parece que me cobren si realmente no era un tour sino que solo era para vender sus productos. Eso definitivamente no fue un tour y debería ser gratis. La explicación de la “demostración” muy mala y duro mucho mas su venta de productos. Finalmente no duro en total mas de 30 min , 23 de venta y el resto de “demostración de vidrio “.

The demonstration lasted at most 6 minutes and the rest was just an attempt to sell something, I don't think they would charge me if it really wasn't a tour but was just to sell their products. That was definitely not a tour and should be free. The explanation of the “demonstration” was very bad and their product sales lasted much longer. Finally it did not last in total more than 30 minutes, 23 for sales and the rest for “glass demonstration”.

No nos ha gustado mucho. Demasiado comercial. Las explicaciones han sido escuetas, estaban más preocupados de poder vender algo que de de aportar información sobre el soplado del vidrio. Tardamos 15 minutos en total. Ha sido entrar, ver como hacian un jarrón con un pequeño caballo y volver a salir. No lo recomiendo.

We didn't like it very much. Too commercial. The explanations have been brief, they were more concerned about being able to sell something than providing information about glass blowing. It took us 15 minutes in total. It was going in, seeing how they made a vase with a small horse and going out again. I do not recommend it.
