Ha estado bastante bien y la guía Helena nos ha gustado mucho: atenta, empatica y sabía de lo que hablaba. Sólo he echado en falta que como decía en la actividad se hacia con audoguia, pero sólo se hace en el tramo fuera de la góndola y yo pensaba que habría una explicación por los lugares que pasaría la misma. Aunque al salir al gran canal ella parece que hablaba, no se le escuchaba. Seria interesante que eso quedase bien claro a la hora de describir la actividad. Translate this opinion into English.

La experiencia fue bastante pobre en realidad , la guía de audio estuvo solamente disponible para unos cuantos metros entre el punto de encuentro y el momento de abordar la góndola. La guía hizo su mejor esfuerzo pero tuvo que hacerlo en dos idiomas , por lo que la información fue bastante básica. El pase en góndola fue lugares de poco interés y muy corto. La experiencia 3D estuvo mejor que todo lo demás.

The experience was actually quite poor; the audio guide was only available for a few meters between the meeting point and boarding the gondola.
