La excursión bien, la guía bien, y el servicio bien. Pero tienen un problema muuuuy importante, y es la localización. Ni un cartel, ni una referencia, ni una señal, casi no llegamos por no encontrar a la empresa y pasamos 3 veces por delante. Por lo demás, correcto el servicio.

Al llegar al punto de encuentro nos dicen que la actividad en lugar de una hora va a durar 30 minutos. Que si queremos podemos cancelar. Decidimos quedarnos ya que teníamos todo organizado para hacer la actividad a esa hora. Creo que podían haber escrito antes indicando esta situación para poder habernos organizado de otra forma. Muy mal gestionado

En la actividad aparece como un trayecto de una hora y la duración de este ha sido de unos 20 minutos. La explicacion era en español e ingles, no pasa nada però ponia solo español. Es muy dificil encontrar la gente que hace el tour, tendria que estar en la ubicacion donde nos envias y no estaban. No aparecia nadie con el cartel azul. Hemos tenido que mirar barco por barco y preguntar a todas las personas, ya que se pedia 15minutos antes de la hora, estavamos allí y allí no havia nadie.

El paseo es muy recomendable, pues te ofrece una excelente visión ( tuvimos unos días espectaculares de sol, muy claros, aunque bastante frío, 2ª semana enero) ; Pienso se mejoraría la actividad, sería más interesante, que la persona/guía, ampliase más información, pensamos que fue mínima, escasa y el entorno, edificios y más pienso que lo valen.
