La visita es interesante, pero resulta un tanto descafeinada. No es muy extensa y los texto que acompañan a la exposicion estan solo en ingles e italiano. Por lo demas al audioguia en Español es de las peores que jamas he usado, informacion inconexa leida de forma monotona (parece que esta leyendo el acta de una junta de vecinos) al final opte por apagarla y seguir con los textos. El recorrido puede resultar confuso, ya que esta pobremente señalizado, en resumen sin ser malo, prescindible

The tour is interesting, but somewhat lackluster. It's not very extensive, and the accompanying texts are only in English and Italian. The Spanish audio guide is one of the worst I've ever used, with disjointed information delivered in a monotonous manner (it sounds like someone is reading the minutes of a neighborhood meeting). Il ragazzo è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, ha dovuto ripetere tutte le informazioni in due lingue e questo ha causato un po' di lungaggine, alla fine si è vistato un paio di celle (uomo e donna) e quello che era il tribunale, siamo stati fortunati poiché c'era una mostra delle torture e il ragazzo ha spiegato in modo molto esaustivo come venivano usate, scusandosi anche se urtava la sensibilità di qualcuno.

La visita q acabamos de hacer ha estado fatal. Nosotros hemos llegado con los diez minutos q solicitáis de antelación y el guía no estaba ni a esa hora ni al las 10:45h que era cuando tenía el comienza, ha llegado co un retraso de más de quince minutos. Además no dominaba la visita por lo q la explicación ha consistido en la lectura de carteles explicativos. Por lo tengo exigimos como mínimo la devolución del importe de la misma. Somos clientes de Civitatis y nunca nos había pasado algo parecido
