El guía fue muy amable y explicó todo en detalles. Es un lugar para visitar. Lástima que no contemplen el tiempo que se tarda para que las personas con problemas de movilidad puedan acceder por ascensor al piso superior donde comienza el tour. el guía que nos explicó muy bien pero la organización de civitatis muy mal quedamos a las 11:45 , por lo visto una tal paula era nuestro contacto y no aparecía ninguna paula apareció un chico al que preguntamos si era él el de la visita guiada en español y claramente nos dijo que no luego resulta que si era , en fin... casi nos quedamos sin excursión después de pagarla creo que el organizador si le faltan 7 personas que mínimo que preguntar no ?

The guide explained very well to us but the organization of Civitatis was very bad, we were left at 11:45, apparently a certain Paula was our contact and no one appeared. A guy appeared and we asked if he was the one from the guided tour in Spanish and he clearly said no, then it turns out that he was, anyway... we almost ran out of excursion after paying for it. I think the organizer, if he is missing 7 people, should at least ask, right?

La visita supuestamente iba a tener una duración de hora y cuarto pero empezó 10 minutos tarde y termino 20 minutos antes. La guía iba demasiado apurada y hubo salas que no mostró. No se presentó ni explico que el ticket podía servirnos para otro museo más que tenia un horario específico.

La organización dejó bastante que desear, en el punto de encuentro no empezó la visita, sino que alguien de la organización te lleva hasta la entrada de la cola, en nuestro caso nos llevó a tres grupos juntos, eramos más de 20 y en el trayecto no estuvo pendiente de que nadie se perdiese entre la multitud y no llevaba nada distintivo para localizarle de lejos. Además el grupo con guía en español tuvimos que esperar más de 30 minutos ya que venía con otro grupo de hacer el tour de la basílica

The organization left a lot to be desired. The tour didn't start at the meeting point; instead, someone from the organization takes you to the entrance of the queue. In our case, he took three groups together (more than 20 of us). During the tour, he didn't make sure anyone got lost in the crowd and didn't wear anything distinctive to help you locate them from a distance. Furthermore, the group with a Spanish-speaking guide had to wait more than 30 minutes, as he came with another group to tour the basilica.
