Excelente. Camilo amorosa. Los lugares geniales. No obstante nos resultó un trastorno que al finalizar hayamos tenido que bajar del bus, y caminar hasta un lugar donde habíamos estado a la mañana. A destacar: la amabilidad de la guía, Dálila y el viaje en autobús que se hace muy ameno. A mejorar: por el precio del tour, deberían hacer un tour más completo y no dejar tanto “tiempo libre”, así mismo contar con una mejor planificación (nos juntaron con un grupo que hablaba en otro idioma y fue un poco desastre), cambio de horarios el día de antes (destacar el detalle de invitarnos a un Spritz por las molestias). Precio elevado para el servicio prestado, al menos desde mi punto de vista.

Highlights: the friendliness of the guide, Dálila, and the very enjoyable bus ride. Improvements: For the price of the tour, they should have made the tour more comprehensive and not leave so much "free time." They also should have better planning (they paired us with a group that spoke another language, which was a bit of a disaster). They changed the schedule the day before (I'd like to thank them for offering us a Spritz for our inconvenience). The price was high for the service provided, at least in my opinion.

La excursión estaba fatal organizada. Nos adelantaron la hora el día anterior con un WhatsApp. Los tiempos estaban mal gestionados. Además, en el crucero nos tuvimos que separar del grupo porque para el barco éramos muchos de habla hispana y pocos de inglesa. Nos tocó hacer el crucero en inglés porque nos tuvimos que cambiar porque en el barco no entrábamos así que tuvimos que hacerlo en otro idioma. Para el dinero que pagamos he quedado bastante descontenta.

The excursion was poorly organized. They told us the time in advance the day before via WhatsApp. The timing was poorly managed. Also, on the cruise, we had to separate from the group because there were many Spanish speakers on the ship and few English speakers. We had to take the cruise in English because we had to change because we couldn't get on the ship, so we had to do it in another language. For the money we paid, I was quite disappointed.
