Hubo varios aspectos que nos decepcionaron e incluso nos hicieron sentirnos mal. La guía de español era una chica muy desagradable que llegó 20 minutos tarde al embarcadero, fue muy antipática cada vez que se le preguntaba algo y lo peor fueron las burlas con miradas y comentarios en voz medio baja con su compañero (el que amarraba el barco) hacia nosotros. Deja mucho que desear la profesionalidad de esta chica.

There were several aspects that disappointed us and even made us feel bad. The Spanish guide was a very unpleasant woman who arrived 20 minutes late to the pier. Mal. Nadie estaba en el inicio para indicar qué barco era. Ni llevaban el logotipo en su ropa como indicaba el email ni el barco se distinguía como indicaba en su email. No estuvieron 15 minutos antes. Llegaron casi a la hora de salida. Pocas intervenciones de la guía, las justas. Visita a Murano corta, gastamos más de la mitad de la hora libre que nos dieron en la fábrica de soplado de vidrio, la cual fue interesante breve pero enfocada a que el visitante compre.
