La verdad que nos sentimos defraudados. Llegamos al embarcadero asignado, Santa Lucia, nunca se presentó quien sería el coordinador, los demás integrantes de dicha excursión estaban desorientados como nosotros. Luego se presentó una chica, de la empresa de navegación, la que no tenía nada que la identifique, nos llevaron a Murano, cuyo fin era solamente ver la fabricación y tienda de productos, dejando muy poco margen para recorrer, luego a Burano, igual que Murano. Tomamos el tour, salimos tarde y nadie nos decía nada, escogimos en español. Llegamos a murano nos bajamos vimos como se hace el cristal y de ahí cada quien se salió tuvimos que preguntar a una pareja que venia en el barco y nos dieron la hora de reencuentro para salir a Burano. Falto organización y comunicación. Disfrutamos solo Burano porque solo ahí escuchamos la hora de regreso.
