A la hora de encontrar tu barco y demás es un poco caótico. Después nuestra guía buenísima, explicaba todo en 3 idiomas. Y bajo mi punto de vista no necesitas más tiempo que el que marcan las excursiones para ver ambas islas, mucho mejor que ir por tu cuenta, ya que no tienes que encargarte de nada.

Finding your boat and everything else is a bit chaotic. However, our guide was excellent; she explained everything in three languages. And in my opinion, you don't need more time than the excursions allow to see both islands—much better than going on your own, since you don't have to worry about anything.

La visita a Murano no nos ha gustado nada , la fábrica no es la mejor, la explicación ha sido en italiano y en inglés los españoles no nos hemos enterado sin contar que después no nos han dado tiempo a penas de ver Murano y Burano si nos ha gustado .

Torcello totalmente prescindible, muy lindo Burano y Murano normal. En la lancha de transporte era imposible escuchar las reseñas de la guìa por mala amplificaciòn y el ruido de los motores. Ubiera sido mejor que la guìa bajara y diera los comentarios personalmente.

El encuentro con la empresa generó mucha confusión debido a que no tenían ningún cartel para poder identificarlos y habían muchos grupos con el mismo destino pero de otras empresas. Debería de tener una bandera, cartel o bien indicarnos en qué muelle sería la salida. El paseo muy lindo, el tiempo en murano fue solo de 35 minutos y resultó insuficiente.

No estuvo mal pero Torcello no lo recomiendo, paramos muy rápido, solo 1 hora y teníamos también que comer allí y no tiene casi nada para ver. Murano, salvo por la demostración de como hacer trabajos con cristal de murano tampoco dio tiempo a más, una hora escasa estuvimos. Lo único que me gustó mucho fue Burano. La guía bien pero incómodo pq tenía que repetir lo mismo en 4 idiomas. Todo muy atropellado y corriendo. UN DESASTRE Especialmente por el servicio prestado por el malhumorado “capitán” del barco (que nos llevaba cuáles borregos…y sobretodo por SILVIA, la guía: un personaje que llego tarde, dejó sordos a todos los pasajeros del barco con sus gritos al micro, su “dominio” de los idiomas y la ruta fue directamente lamentable y reproduciendo palabras literales de un italiano compatriota suyo avergonzado por el espectáculo. Llegamos a Santa Lucía a las 09:40. Nos costó mucho encontrar el lugar exacto para embarcar, no teniamos un contacto (como tuvimos en experiencias anteriores para decir "aqui estoy!". Entre preguntas, idas y vueltas encontramos el lugar 10:01 hs. La gente de la otra empresa que realiza la excursión, nos informó que ya se habían ido. Terminamos comprando nuevos pasajes independientes y así hicimos nuestra excursion. En excursiones free, esperan 10 minutos y en esta paga, no esperaron ni uno.

We arrived in Santa Lucía at 9:40 AM. It was very difficult to find the exact boarding area; we didn't have a contact person (like we had in previous trips to say "I'm here!"). After asking questions and going back and forth, we finally found the place at 10:01 AM. The people from the other company that runs the tour informed us that they had already left. En Murano, demasiado comercial. Visita corta a la fábrica y comprar productos allí mismo. En Burano, el transporte nos dejó en la isla y tuvimos que volver por nuestra cuenta. Llegamos al punto de encuentro 2 minutos después de la salida. Deberían controlar el número de personas que estaban realizando la actividad y esperar 5 o 10 minutos de cortesía
