El proveedor del servicio decidió no respetar el horario de regreso de 6 pm ofertado en el paquete adquirido de billetes de ida y vuelta. Me dijeron en la ida que solo podía regresar a la estación de Santa Lucía a las 7: pm pero no podíamos aceptar porque teníamos tickets de tren de vuelta desde la Estación a las 7:10 (el ferry de vuelta toma aproximadamente 20 minutos) lo que informe al personal pero no les importó y dijeron que podía regresar a pie o comprando otro ticket de ferry público.

The service provider decided not to honor the 6 p.m. return time offered in the round-trip ticket package purchased. I was told on the outbound flight that I could only return to Santa Lucia Station at 7 p.m., but we couldn't accept it because we had return train tickets from the station at 7:10 p.m. (the return ferry takes approximately 20 minutes). I informed the staff, but they didn't care and said I could return on foot or by purchasing another public ferry ticket.

L’allervers la place St Marc s’est passe correctement, Mai’s je je n’ai eu qu’une reponse evasive pour le lieu de rencontre au retour vers la hare Sta. Lucia. Trop presse pour me repondre ? Le retour a pied a ete assez long a vrai dire , Bien entendu, l’attitude de votre personnel ne me pousse pas a repeter l’experience, et encore moins a faire votre publicite.

A la hora acordada de devuelta llegó el bote tarde, se bajó alguien de la tripulación, solo nos hizo ir a otro lado y no nos dejó montar al bote, se fueron sin nosotros. Al momento de preguntar en el otro bote donde nos llevó, nos dicen que ya no hay botes hacia la estación Santa Lucía hasta ya muy tarde. Y no nos llevan al lugar acordado según el servicio que pagamos !!!

Muy Mal, la vuelta ustedes dijeron que seria a elegir alas 14:30, 18:00 ó 19:00 h. Por eso lo adquirimos este barco. Necesitábamos volver en el de las 18.00 para tomar el tren en la Estación de Santa Lucia. Pero nos dijeron que solo había a las 19:00 h. No pudimos tomar a esa hora y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Dijeron que habláramos con Civetitas. Ósea nos cobrasteis un viaje de vuelta y no nos permitisteis realizarlo

No montamos porque la vuelta no es la que ponía La vuelta a las 18 la suprimieron sin aviso La vuelta solo era a las 19:30
