How many people can fit in a vehicle? The number of seats indicated is the maximum of people authorized to ride in the vehicle, apart from the chauffeur. Each child counts for one seat, no matter their age. How much time in advance should I book the transfer? This depends on each city. Please check the time in advance you need to book a transfer service on each destination’s website. Can we book an 8-passenger-vehicle if we are 5 adults and 3 small children? For safety and legal reasons, our local suppliers do not accept more than 8 passengers in this type of vehicle. Sorry for the inconveniences.
Can I share the vehicle with other people? No, our transfer services are private to provide a personalized service and to insure the maximum quality. Is it possible to do several stops? There is a surcharge if you need to stop more than once (between 5€ and 10€ depending on the city), either because you are staying in different hotels or because you have to stop in a different location to pick up the keys to an apartment.
We arrive in different flights, is it possible to book one vehicle transfer service? Unfortunately, this option is not possible. If one of the flights is delayed, the rest of the passengers and chauffeur would have to wait at the airport and this would affect the quality of the service. What pick-up time do I have to indicate? If you want to book an airport transfer, you must indicate the time the flight lands at the airport. If you wish to reserve a transfer service from your hotel to the airport, you MUST indicate the hour in which you wish us to come and pick you up, NOT the flight departure time. Where do I find my flight number?
You will find the flight number either on the confirmation email you were sent by the airline company or on the flight ticket. The flight number usually has 2 letters and 4 numbers, for example, IB3506. How will I identify the chauffeur? The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it at the arrival Gate, which is located just after the baggage claim area. Is there a contact number for assistance? In the confirmation email you will find the supplier’s name, email and emergency contact number just in case you cannot locate the chauffeur or suffer a setback.
Do I have to notify someone if my flight is delayed? It is not necessary to notify the supplier if your flight is delayed, since the company monitors the arrival times of each flight.
How long will the chauffeur wait for me? Chauffeurs will wait for up to one hour prior to your flight landing. If for any reason you take longer to get to the Terminal, we suggest you call the phone number indicated on your confirmation email. If I book a return transfer, when will I have to pay?
For each transfer, the total amount that must be paid is indicated in the confirmation email. Each journey will be paid separately.
Do you have children car seats?
In most countries, professional transfer vehicles are not required to carry a child car seat. However, if you need one, please indicate it when you book the transfer service and we will do the utmost to provide you with a car seat. Please indicate the child’s age in the comments field.
